Numbers 28:4-6
Modern English Version

4 The one lamb you will offer in the morning, and the other lamb you will offer at evening, 5 and one-tenth of an ephah[a] of flour as a grain offering, mingled with one-fourth of a hin[b] of beaten oil. 6 It is a regular burnt offering, which was ordained at Mount Sinai as a pleasing aroma, a sacrifice made by fire to the Lord.
